I stayed at this luxurious hotel for one night and I was thoroughly impressed. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location of this hotel is superb, situated in the trendy Sai Yin Pun area. You have easy access to transportation, with the MTR and Hong Kong tramway just a short walk away. There are also plenty of great restaurants in the district, offering delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Comfortable location and pretty nice facilities. Very responsive staff, excellentservices, including a huge variety of tasty delicacies. Beautiful building and rooms with standard decoration.

Check in was speedy. The room was really nice and we had a nice view. The staff was very helpful and always willing to assist on any queries we had.

I wish they had more options available for 24 hours room service.

When we checked - in on Friday (30th) afternoon. Frontdesk staff was too slow, almost dead slow to make the check-in. I had 72 hours in Hong Kong in total and has spent almost 2 hours of it to check in to the hotel only.

New, modern and beautiful hotel at a reasonable cost. A little out of Central but many easy, fast ways to get into Central. You can take the free shuttle, taxi ($30 HKD), or tram ($2HKD)

Buffet breakfast is too expensive at $158HKD per person

I had an amazing experience during my recent stay at Courtyard. The property was excellent in every way. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the staff was very courteous and attentive. The highlight for me was the breathtaking harbor view from the gym. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside was the limited options for vegetarian breakfast. It would have been great to have more choices, especially from the live kitchen like pasta.

Lifts slow, a lot of waiting in the morning to return from room after breakfast

The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean and have every amenity you could need, even including international plug adaptors. They now have free wi-fi which is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Check-in is quite a slow process. I would have thought some of the details could have been collected on the booking form to save time on arrival.

courtyard in hk exceeded my expectations, especially after my previous stay. staff was friendly, got a quiet room on a high floor. location was central, and the view was amazing.

The hotel was great, we had the room with harbor view and it was awesome. The room was clean and nice and I liked the toilet glass wall. The service we got from reception was outstanding. The hotel bus took us to the IFC mall and back to the hotel for free. The tram was just 100m from the hotel, a good alternative to the buss. I will go back to HK and will choose this hotel again. BTW the breakfast was super.
